I’m so proud to witness how our city embraces a wide range of genres: from the electrifying high-energy rock of Midnight Oil frontman Peter Garrett & the Alter Egos to the enchanting pop/folk vibes of Sarah Blasko, and even the soulful, captivating sounds of jazz that add a whole new dimension to the festival experience.
Throughout the day, you’ll feel the infectious rhythm of the Andrew Gurruwiwi Band igniting the crowd, while thatboykwame keeps the momentum going with masterful grooves. And let’s not forget the heartfelt tunes from the Singing Our Futures mentorship program, which add rich emotional depth to this eclectic celebration.
For a little extra flavor, The Gospel Whiskey Bar serves up delicious Melbourne-made whiskey right beside the stage, giving us all a chance to toast to an unforgettable day of live music and vibrant energy at the St Kilda Music Festival 2025.
